 Reception Agent

 Responsibilities: Under the authority of the campsite manager, you will be responsible for:

◦ Providing a welcoming reception for guests, taking reservations, processing payments, and providing tourist information.

◦ Completing arrival and departure formalities for guests (registration, assigning campers to their pitches, closing invoices, etc.).

◦ Controlling entries (registered guests, visitors, or unregistered guests).

◦ Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.

Secondary Activities:

◦ Selling and managing stock (bread, newspapers, postcards, candy, groceries, ice cream).

◦ You Serve breakfast and drinks at the bar.

◦ Weekly cleaning of the sanitary blocks

◦ You assist with cleaning the rental accommodations on Saturdays (in pairs).

For all these activities, you work independently according to instructions given or in pairs with the rest of the team (3 to 5 people). The position is based in the main reception office but requires constant movement around the campsite (two hectares).

 Key qualities: A true ambassador for this holiday destination, you possess excellent communication and hospitality skills. Possessing a strong customer service orientation, you are dynamic, responsive, and autonomous.

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

• Motivated individual who demonstrates patience and versatility.

• Fluent English; Proficiency in German is a plus! • Computer skills (use of campsite management software) • Similar experience preferred
